How long will my order take to arrive? Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you another email containing a tracking number for your package. All standard shipments are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrive in 1 – 7 business days. For additional information, see our shipping & returns page. If an item is out of stock, will you be getting more? Many of the items that we buy from manufacturers are made in limited quantities; therefore, it may not always be possible for j.e.m. apparel to restock them. If you would like to buy an item that is currently out of stock, do not hesitate to email us at and let us know – we will do everything we can to obtain more. Since I can't try things on, how do I know if they'll fit? We work hard to provide you with a wealth of information on all of our products. To this end, each individual item is measured in all of the available sizes and recorded in the "sizing" tab on the item's product page. Apparel measurements are taken flat across the item and in inches. If there is something unique about the fit of a particular garment, we will include a comment in the general description of the item.

Additionally, you'll want to look at the "fabric & care" tab to see what type of material the item is made of, as this will affect the fit as well. Many of our garments have a small percentage of spandex or lycra, which means they will stretch a bit.
Which forms of payment do you accept? j.e.m. apparel processes all payments through PayPal. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), which do not require that you have a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, however, you may pay using that as well. Do you accept international orders? Unfortunately at this time we do not process international orders.
