shipping policy
At this time, j.e.m. apparel ships only within the United States. We offer a $7 flat rate shipping & handling fee on all standard shipments which ship via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location, you should receive your package 1 – 7 days after the origination of the shipment.
We also offer two options for expedited service, which you will be charged full price for as calculated automatically from UPS. The following options are available for your convenience:
UPS 2nd Day Air
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second day (additional delivery time may be required for Alaska & Hawaii)
UPS Next Day Air
Guaranteed delivery by the next day, between 10:30am – 12:00pm in most locations

returns
We pride ourselves on providing you with a wealth of information on each and every product that we sell. Measurements, fabric composition, and care instructions are provided for all items we sell. And we encourage you to ask any and all questions you may have about a particular product. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of your items, we will make an exchange or accept a return.
For a refund of your purchase price, all returns must be received with tags attached in original, unworn condition within 45 days of the original ship date. Any items received after this time will be eligible for store credit only. If items are in worn or altered condition, no refund will be issued.
To ensure that your return is processed properly, first detach and fill out the bottom portion of your packing slip; be sure to include it in your return package. You are responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back and should choose a shipping method with a tracking number, as j.e.m. apparel is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item, you will receive an email detailing your refund status.
exchanges
Exchanges may be made for different sizes/colors/patterns if the desired item is in stock. If you decide to exchange for a different item, you will be responsible for the difference if the new item is a higher cost. If the item is lower priced, you will be refunded the difference. As with returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment back to us, and you should choose a shipping method providing a tracking number. We will cover the cost of shipping to get the new item back to you. You will receive an email notifying you of the status of your exchange along with a tracking number for the new package.
Please note, we will not accept returns or exchanges on any Final Sale items. If an item is damaged, we will accept a return or exchange, and you will not be responsible for subsequent shipping costs. |
